Our work begins with a comprehensive intake assessment, typically conducted over the first few sessions. This allows me to gain a clear understanding of your experiences, history, and the concerns that bring you to therapy. These initial sessions provide a foundation for our work together and guide the development of a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals, needs, and unique circumstances.

As therapy progresses, the process remains collaborative. I move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while also gently challenging you to explore patterns, confront difficult experiences, and develop adaptive ways of coping. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, CPT, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method, selecting the approaches that best support your individual needs.
