What is CBT?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a highly effective, goal-oriented psychotherapy designed to help individuals identify and change negative thinking patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress and mental health challenges. The approach focuses on recognizing unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, and then challenging them to develop healthier, more balanced ways of thinking.

Through CBT, individuals learn practical skills to manage their emotions, shift harmful behaviors, and improve their overall well-being. It equips clients with coping strategies to deal with specific problems such as anxiety, depression, stress, and other emotional challenges. By addressing both thought patterns and behaviors, CBT helps individuals create lasting change and build healthier habits for a more positive outlook on life.
